Our flat-price promise
The price you book assumes standard dirt, grease, grime, and everyday wear and tear from people and pets. In the rare case a home has excessive buildup from conditions like hoarding, extreme neglect, or long-term vacancy, we'll call you with a revised quote before any work begins, and you can approve it or cancel with a full deposit refund. We never adjust a price after the work is done.
